Therapeutic Massage Therapist / Intuitive Healer / Healthy Life Plan Coach

As a Medium, metaphysics and spirituality have been of interest to me for some years and I continue to connect with the abundance of my inner wisdom and knowledge that life provides. I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for 23 years. Within my healing practice, I incorporate different modalities such as Polarity Therapy, Tuina, nutrition, Bach Remedies, crystals and aromatherapy. I am also a Reconnection Therapist and have studied with Dr Eric Pearl. As an Intuitive Healer, I am passionate about health and the care of the physical and emotional bodies. As a creative person, I enjoy helping others to connect with their own abilities.

After attending a workshop “The Metabolic Clock” with Julie Rennie, I resonated with what was being taught. Julie has since produced The Healthy Life Plan, a 6 week plan to help people to move through any blockages within their lives that stop them living a balanced life. This is not a diet it is what it states, a healthy life plan. I am very excited to be a personal coach where I can help guide you to achieve your healthy goals.
